Common Questions Before Booking

  • Physiotherapy helps people recover from pain, injury, surgery, or movement limitations through assessment, education, hands-on treatment, exercise-based rehabilitation, and therapeutic modalities.

At RPM Therapies, physiotherapy is focused on understanding how your body moves, identifying what may be contributing to your symptoms, and building a plan to help you move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to you.

Treatment may include movement and strength assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, IMS/dry needling, shockwave therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical modalities, education, and return-to-work or return-to-sport planning, depending on your needs and goals.

  • Garnett offers an individualized physiotherapy assessment to first understand you and your needs.
